This morning when I woke up I was positively ready to see snow on the ground, when I went down there was nothing, ZILCH!!! Then that got me to thinking, how I would wear something that would be comfortable enough for the weather but still kind of glamorous/classic/ polished.
Normally, when it gets cold most people buckle down into ‘comfort’ over ‘fashion’ but what I did was take comfort and fashion and put it together!
This particular classic look of a basic t-shirt and jeans is simply a starting point for many other looks that I could put together. I added some classic glamour with the ‘luxe’ purse and the statement gold necklace, I toned the look down into comfort by slinging my hair into a lazy bun and popping on a bright exercise head band. Finishing off the look were, of course, my ‘Puss-in-Boots’ shoes. (I’ve been told that they slightly resemble the Puss in Boots, Boots hence the name) I love these shoes because you can wear them dressed up or dressed down- so in this case it can be interpreted either way!
Weather today: +2 to +6, Cloudy with peaks of sunshine and of course a windchill
Super Skinny Jeans-Garage, Cream Scoop neck t-shirt- Jacob $15.00 (on Sale!), Necklace- Aldo $12.00 (on Clearance!), Bag- Aldo $50.00, Shoes- Aldo $27.00 (on Sale!), Headband- Aerie $2.00
*The belts are typically from American Eagle unless I specify otherwise! :)
